Staff is not customer service oriented. I personally had to wait 6 weeks for an answer on an application. Staff has not call back once. Every time I call they come up with a new excuse, and that's only if they answer the phone. Very poor service oriented staff and company. Even today (almost seven weeks) they haven't had the courtesy to call me and give me the status of my application. Just an awful company.

I do agree. I had applied last year and the lady that attended to me seemed to be in such a rush. Then she hurried me out of her office, said she'd call me, and proceeded to pull her lunch from her desk drawer. I just figured she didn't care whether or not she got my business. Needless to say, I never recieved a call either. Not to mention, she couldn't show me a model becuase her lunch hour was coming up soon.
