very bad son una mierda...tienen cucarachas en los apartamentos por todos lados. Se roban los carros y nadie hace nada. hemos pagado hasta 300 en luz porque todo es viejo la refrigeradora,microondas, aire acondicionado etc...
they have cockroach everywhere in the apartments, also trying to steal my car and nobody says nothing and we pay electrics bills up to 300.00 per month cause everything is old the refrigerator, microwave, the air conditionair etc.....
don't move hereeeee!!!

Sometimes, it is not the apartment itself but rather the tenant....if roaches are a problem, it is generally a sign of poor housekeeping. A brand new house could have a roach problem if the owner doesn't keep it clean. Pest control products only work so well no matter who performs the service, the tenant or the apartment community. In either case, the person who lives in the apartment has to do their part in keeping the place up in order for the pest control products to work. I've lived here several years and never had a problem but then again I believe in sweeping and vacuuming, wiping down countertops and making sure food is not left out, etc. Pest control products only work if you help to eliminate the problem not feed the problem. Personally, I think if you are having roach problems, try improving your housekeeping skills and you will probably see less bugs around.

I also live in this complex and completly agree with this response. a clean apartment is usually bug and roach free!
