The apartments by themselves are great, Management sucks. The Management is too concerned with filling up the place at the moment and not much concerned about the actual residents. Lease Up team lies about School Transportation, even when they have been put in evidence, and still tell parents children will be bused to all the schools (Elementary school has no busing as it is less than 2 miles from property).

Bike racks where promised a while back and no action has been taken yet (they say racks are in property but there has been no time to install)

Apartments are great (of course they are new). Management or lease up team fail to explain clearly why they need the stupid amount of documentation they require for an application. (They are section 8 but they never really tell anyone that, therefore, the low rents in such huge apartments).

There seem to be a gate problem, it only closes 4 days of the week. (never notifying the residents that the gates will remain open overnight. Several times police has had to be called in because of burglary and assaults (complex is only 3-4 months open)

How are things now? What are the demographics? Is it safe and what's ther reputation of the complex in the area?
