Great community, alright neighbors, BAD managment... The community is brand new can't complain too much about that. I would give about 4/5 in maintnance sometimes the trash does get stacked up and since I used to live right infront of the dumpester aka trash compacter it wasn't that pretty at times... Other than that no complains. Neighbors easy and simple if you keep your business to yourself nobody will bother you just like in anyother place... Managment... I know they could do a better job than that... They are so lazy and rude that sometimes you feel like smacking one of them ---ches... But they funny thing is before you sign the lease agreement its all smiles and they all nice please after that forget it... Bottom line for the price its the best community around I would definatly recommend it... I only moved out because I bought a house...

P.S. They have to fix the gate only works once in awhile...
