I have lived Regatta Bay for one year, and i was so thankful that the lease was up. While the 4 bedroom plan i had was nice the community is not safe at all. The staff is always going into your apartment without permission, and the people in the front office were very disorganized. It is not safe to live there, it will put you in expense. Parking is horrible u may have to be handicapped to get a spot.
