I lived there at the very beginning of the property, just after opening. The place has just gone downhill. They originally where rather selective about the residents, after about a year..they just cared about keeping the units full and all types of ghetto garbage people moved it.

They have a pet policy - forget that! I saw too many animals around and nothing was done about them. This is just an in-between place to live until you find a REAL home. Nice apartments inside but sh-t after you walk out your door.
