I don't know what all of these reviews are talking about. I have lived here for almost a year and have had no problems with ANYTHING. Occasionally I can hear my neighbors downstairs but that's it. It's no problem. It's very safe and clean and QUIET. There are almost never any kids/people roaming around outside. If there ever are, it's VERY minimal and they are not a disturbance. I have NEVER seen a bug in my apartment. (That's very important to me.) Sometimes I see those little fast spiders that are as small as a pinhead so they are no bother (and I'm a total bug freak.) These apartments only go up to two stories and there are no outside stairwells. If you live on the second floor, when you open the door, the stairs are inside of your apartment so you don't have to worry about walking up dark stairs at night or people hanging out in the hallways, etc. I would recommend these to anybody and I have. I love living here. I've lived in the expensive Hunter's Creek apartments before and they were overpriced, roaches ALL the time, not very clean outside and there were dirty outside stairwells where anybody could be.
