This is one of those apartment complexes that is a last resort. These are income restricted so you get what you pay for. I lived here for only a year and I hated it. I had an ant problem that I could never get rid of no matter how many times they came to spray. They didn't really care about the problem.

The gates never worked. I didn't see the point of even having them if they weren't going to work. Plus, people who didn't belong there just followed you in.

Other people here are correct about the ghetto people living there. There was a fight outside my complex at 1am. There had to be like 10 people involved in that altercation. People come through blasting their music and the little kids are out running around at 7 in the morning. Very very annoying place to live.
