At first it seem quite and nice...Leaved her several years, have went thru several different managers and office workers, not consistant at all. I not going into detail with the rudeness of office staff, ghetto people; playing music and fiesta's outside the apartment on the walkway, or the Conrod management rules or scams when you move out. I moved out and left my apartment spotless, move in ready better then when i moved in but of course they found everything wrong the little things. Little grease mark maybe 3/4 inch, carpet having spot, keep in mind already there before moving in and little stuff. But that's not the worse or even close to it. Several shooting in the complex since I moved in, don't ask management they know nothing even with 5 or 6 police cops in the complex searching. But I know people read things and say well there complain about everything, I was that person and moved in please take my word. Also this should be UHAUL headquarter, everyday aleast 10 trucks from people moving in and moving right out. But if you do decide to move in and convince by Benny at the office, please keep records that they give you, take pictures or videocam before moving in and always record you conversation with the office clerks to make them keep there word. Also no parking, noise depending on your neighbor and dont bother complaining they cannot afford to move anyone out since every building has empty 5 apartment and not due the finacial problems in america but there price is reasonable but you get what you pay for.
