I lived here for a year, and I had to move out to go back to school. If I had the choice, I would of stayed. Everyone was really friendly. Parking, noise, and maintenance was not a problem at all. If I needed something done, they were usually at my door the same day or next day. They always had some sort of activity going on for residents. I personally lived in the villas which were great. I had a great view and never had any problems. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in the area.
