After moving here on the advise of a friend, I would not consider that person a friend at all. I have had more problems than one can imagine here. I can hear all my neighbors conversations, there is never any parking, getting items fixed is always a long ordeal and this place is terribly over priced.
I would reccommend going anywhere else. For the cost to live in this hell, you can get an apartment with the same amount of space and way moe amenities. I know, because I did. I am counting the days until my lease is up.
