As a former resident, I was dissatified with the response of the management to the constant smell of mold in the walls of my apartment. Not only was there a smell but there was evidence on the walls. I had to keep my barely functioning air conditioner at 65 and pay an average of 150 per month in order to exist in this environment. I suffered from frequent headaches and nose bleeds as a result.

The maintenance crew was pleasant, the problem was the office management.

If you can live with mold and the noise of the turnpike every night then this is the place for you.

If you have children, be advised that there is no place for them to play and they are not allowed to bicycle on the premises.

nor are you allowed to have bikes or baby carriages on the porch.

I was very happy to leave this place.

I could not reccomend this complex to anyone, not even my x-husband!@

I find it interesting that a person who no longer lives at the complex would complain so vigorously. If you feel strongly enough to post such an ugly review, you should have enough nerve to include your identity and not post it anonynous! That seems to be a cowardous act. I am not really sure that a web site posting anonymous emails is acting responsibly.
