my wife and I moved to Simpson Ridge in fall of 2003. The air conditioner/heater was extremely inefficient. Our electric bill was between $150 & $180 per month any month out of the year. I refer to these apartments as Wally Watt Storage Sheds with a toilet. The office personnel does not answer the phone & the door to the office is mostly locked with a sign that tells you they will be back (whenever, if ever).
The maintenance staff is for the most part related to office personnel by marriage or otherwise. They really enjoy gossip about the tenants, so be advised to keep to yourself, unless you want your personal business out there.
