I am counting down the days until I leave this hellhole. Where do I begin' The plumbing is awful (but told everything is in working order). There is a leak in the wall but they do nothing about it. The apartment smells like mold and other unpleasantness no matter what you do. The maintenance man "Frank" is a total ------- retard. Our A/C has been broken for over six months now. When he comes over to look at it, he tells us that because the green light is on, that indicates everything is in proper working order and that the AC wont go on if it is too cool in the house. 85 degrees inside is not cool (we have the thermostat on Max and it won't turn on), maybe in Puerto Rico but not here. When you have to take showers at night just to cool off you know something is wrong. Forget about the burning smell and weird noises... If the light is on...you're all set. Pardon us >.>

Dog ---- everywhere, it stinks. Homeless people and other riffraff walking around at all hours of the night. Kids up and playing at all hours too. Drunken fights, Loud music, scumbags everywhere. Management has switched a few times since moving in and the new ones are dumber than the old ones if you can believe it.

Laundry room is nasty. Machines are always in disrepair. Everything is just disgusting here. If you are thinking of moving here, reconsider. Unless you like living in a moldy, HOT as ---- piece of ---- apartment.

why would you put somethng like that on here that may be your views on the place but personaly i think simpson ridge is a wonderfull place to live and frank is the best maintenince man ive ever seen or had the pleasure to meet

I can post whatever I wish. It is my opinion and this is a free world, not ---- Germany. Top to bottom - the whole staff is a bunch of retreads. If you don't like what I have posted, go cry in your moldy apartment some more. Good day to you.
