This property has a lot to learn about the leasing business. I mean this complex can't even get the names on the lease correct. The staff fails to communicate with one another regarding resident situations. Management makes mistakes with who pays their rent on time and who doesn't. It's not advised to pay rent by using drop box, because you have a chance of having an eviction notice on your door due to the management not keeping accurate records regarding rent. Property has a lot of things that need to be changed, for example: The landscaping is dead and not kept neatly, you need to boil water prior to drinking b/c water has white tint to it, and smells like eggs. I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live at this property. The housing is very nice but with all the internal problems it's not worth the time, energy, or stress to be a resident at this property. If I would have of know all the problems with this property I wouldn't have rented from this company.
