How can you live in a place where you pay your rent on time, follow all leasing rules and simply care about your neighbors but your management office wastes more paper on giving you eviction notices, gives you notices on breaking leasing rules which leads to eviction (again)and when you have a problem with a tenant, don't waste your time telling management cause they don't do a damn thing for you. The majority of this apartment complex are minorities, therefore, the management office treats us like crap. They yell at us and constantly accuse us of false issues. When you bring it to their attention they don't care and don't even say their are sorry. If you speak Spanish, forget it, they treat you as if you were deaf and they yell at you!!! And then they have the nerve to tell you to calm down when you aren't even upset!!! Only to get another sucker to lease an apartment. This complex was or is still in debt, it was sold to another company which SUCKS!!! even more than the other company. Run away from this complex.
