First of all the apt manaer is very inexperienced. She does not have a clue of what needs to be done. She lies about people at her office to cover her own a_s. She flirts with the tenants she likes. She's very unprofessional and hides in the office when ever something goes wrong. She is a 40 something year old women going through a mid life crises. She is more focused on her looks then running the property. People have been sent to eviction and have had their credit ruined for the next seven years although they've paid early, thanks to her incompetance. The maintannce supervisor or team never fix anything. Tenants have gone over a year without air conditioning. So the only way one can move into these apts is if they're handy men and could fix everything themselves because it will never get fixed by management.The windows are all not sealed correctloy so they have mold and mildew growing out of them. they rent apts that are flea infested and have stains all over the carpets. that's why they only show a model and not what you're really getting. BEWARE: DO NOT SIGN YOUR LEASE UNTIL AFTER YOU'VE WALKED THE APT TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG! And she does discriminate, not with race but if she doesn't like the way you look you're not in. She will make your life a living hell so that you ant to leave on your own. Instead of running criminal background checks on the tenants they need to run it on the management since they are really conniving. I have never ever lived at aplace where the manger thinks she's Fidel Castro, or Sudaam Hussain. As for safety well at there last crime meeting which now is a disaster we were told that the office was shot at. I don't feel safe at all so if you have children run somewhere else.
