I have lived at Saint Cloud Village Apartments for the past year. I am up for renewal but will not be staying. For several reasons:
1. I still have mold in the bedrooms from Hurricane Charley- that was back in August of 2004.
2. Management is so two-faced it isnt funny.
3. Maintenance- HA what is that' You ask to have something fixed and it takes them almost a month to fix it sometimes longer, and that is if you acutally bother them on a weekly basis.
4. They upped my rent- while i have heard that other residents have re-signed and their rent had not gone up.

This is a quiet and seems to be safe place to live. I loved my apartment- except for the mold. But when something is wrong it is heck trying to get it fixed.

yes they have raised the rent which iam not not happy at all because i end up paying more in the long run. they have horrible management as well..................!!
