For anyone considering living at the complex there are a few things that should be mentioned. Consider that the washing machines have been updated and now only fill up half way with water leaving your clothes half clean. Move-in specials are created to get more people to move in but the existing tenants are denied the opportunity to get one when renewing their leases. Not everyone in the complex who has pets is paying a pet-fee. Large dogs such as Pit Bulls are not supposed to be on the property yet I have personally counted eight. The apartments have constant problems with mold and leaks. Unless you are willing to pay or tip maintenance, repairs to your apartment are nonexistent. Maintenance is not to be trusted and the Police have them under investigation for drug trafficking. The week of October 5, 2009 the complex was on lockdown due to a shooting on the property. When management is asked about the occurrence, any knowledge of the incident was denied. The property is supposed to be patrolled by a police officer who is living on the property but that individual I have not had the pleasure of meeting or seeing. This property is not worth your time or anyone else s. We are leaving and are happy to be rid of this place. Kudos to Glenda, Beth and the rest of the crew for letting this once beautiful place fall apart!

I lived there for a year and half and it was a joke for them to fix anything, my son hasnt been sick since I left the property
