This apartment building was not what we expected at all. Don't be fooled by the cozy club house, and the so called "gated community"(which is broken 98% of the time) because after actually being a resident, you see how it really is here. The staff was irresponsible, and made up of pretty incompetent people. They "misplaced" our rent money twice, and tried to charge late fees. Maintenance is very unreliable, and tries to charge you for simple tasks, because either they are too inexperienced, or just too lazy to fix the problem. For the money we payed here, save it for yourself. I never thought paying $761 per month, that i'd end up in the ghetto.

AS A SERVICE PERSON ITS UNBELEIVABLE HOW THE FIRST THING PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THE MAINTENANCE STAFF HOW UNRELIABLE THEY ARE BUT SOMEHOW PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE THE FIRST ONE TO CALL FOR THE DUMBEST THINGS LIKE MY STOVE DOESNT WORK AND ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS TURN THE KNOB OR THEY DONT HAVE HOT WATER WHEN THEY HAVENT PAID THEIR GAS BILL IN LIKE TO 2 MONTHS AND WHEN PEOPLE DELIBERATELY BREAK THINGS IN THE APT YOU DO HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM BEING CALLED FOR THINGS LIKE THIS NONSENSE YOU WONDER OFTEN HOW PEOPLE LIKE YOU FIND THEIR WAY HOME AT NIGHT......
