Tierra Vista was ok, but not for the money we paid.
We basically lived in a closet for about 900 a month. Noisy neighbors all hours of the night, we lived with mickey moused fixes to things in the apartment, the whole time we lived there the garbage disposal never worked properly and backed into the dishwasher
the window that was broken remained broken until we moved out... rumor has it , it's still broken. They raise the rent whenever they feel like it and sometimes without even telling you. nevermind they have different ideas and rules for each tenant.
I wouldnt recommend this community to anyone.gated community' yeah right the gates never worked the whole two years i was there.
