Apartments are infeseted with roaches, plumbing is a nightmare, managment is a joke and the owner is always unavailable. Your complaints fall on deaf ears and your requests for assistance -never met as manager never tells the maintenence man anything until they are good and ready to. There are plenty of apartments available for rent -do not make the same mistake myself and many others made.
