Tropical Isle

My husband and I lived in a 2/2 for about 17 months. I loved the size and the fact that we payed for everything alond with the rent to the owner. Other than that i have to complain about everything!
1) This is the first because it bothered us the most, ROACHES!!! It was the small ones BUT they were out every night and in the day time as well because of the amount of them.
2) Noise, we lived on the second floor and i always reminded my husband not to make too much noise for the people under us because i hated the noise coming from above. I didn't want to be a bother like the rest of the neighbors. Kids at night gathering together after 10pm laughing, talking loud, and people driving too fast. Fire alarms went off constantly. I was afraid that one day it was going to be a real alert and i wasn't going to react because i was so use to it.
3) Not well kept, the doorways and stairs are dirty and spider eggs all around. Ive only noticed that they pressure washed the stairways once the entire time we lived there AND they didn't even bother to let us know! I came out to find water all around and i was about to slip!
4) Safety, there were 3 Neighborhood watch meeting that i was aware of. I attended one because i didn't know of the other 2 in time. There were many robberies of apartments and vehicles.
