I am writing today to give my honest opinion of the Vinyards.
I have lived here for several years and I can truly say that The Vinyards apartments are up to date with the latest appliances and granite counters.
Our apartment was freshly painted and new carpeting.
The price for rent is affordable for the square footage and number of bedrooms & bathrooms.
The Vinyards have plenty of parking, excellent online maintence service program, a no loud excessive noise policy, grounds and maintenance are always kept up beautifully, safety is a very important policy at the Vinyards.
The Office Staff is alway willing to help their tenants with there needs.
You can reach maintenance 24hr a day.
I would now like to comment on the pictures shown about the mold.
Living here in Florida it is almost impossible not to hear about mold.
I have talked to some of my neighbors and they have told me that when they reported a slight mold problem to management that the maintenance staff came in right away to correct this problem.
To the person who sent in these pictures, my question to you is how long did you keep the water or slight mold in your apartment before you reported it to management.
From what I see, if you took some bleach and applied it to the area you would not have had this problem.
In any case, if I was ask to give a rating from 1-10, I would give the Vinyards a 10 .
I can not find anything wrong with the Vinyards and I urge anyone looking for a friendly nice apartment and reasonable rent at the Vinyards.
Trust me, you won't be sorry.

I believe that some may have a good experience as in anything that is bad some may find the good in it. As for the mold, please explain why when I call about the mold continuously appearing in my carpet and management saying they would take care of it, yet never show up. How can I bleach my carpet. As for updated appliances and kitchens, we where offered that option as well for 100.00 more on the price. I think you are very lucky if you have a good experience here but that does not mean everyone else does. Mold is and issue every where I agree BUT, when it's in your walls and vent systems that is a very unsafe problem caused by old A/C units and a outdated filtration system. This can be very unsafe for someone with health issues and should be something they let ppl know about immediately. JMO
