I would like to take the time to comment the apartments at the Vinyards. I have seen multi comments about the staff, maintenance, noise, parking, grounds, safety, and construction. I have lived here for 14 months and have found this complex one of the best places to live. I live in the center of this complex and I have found if people are complaining about the Vinyards they should not be complaining about the staff. What I see is that management tries to keep their property up and in my opinion are doing an excellent job. Anytime I have a problem with a drippy faucet or my dishwasher that will not drain out correctly they are here immediately. I have read the below statement on Parking, Noise and etc. As far as the parking is concerned it is very adequate, Noise- I have never heard my neighbors.This community is very quiet, Grounds-are always neat and clean, Safety-Lighting is excellent, Shrubs are cut back, Construction-is excellent up-to-date, Maintenance-is excellent. The Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended the Vinyards to all my friends. I am currently working on my sister to move here. I just love it here!
