I lived at Walden Park from 08- 09, this apartment complex is the worst I have EVER lived in. Two times kids were playing outside in the volleyball court with a basketball and kicked my window out, I called the management co, and yet it took 3 days to get it fixed, within 2 months they did it again. Nothing was ever said to the kids or parents. Almost every night there were kids running up and down the hallways banging on walls and doors. Bass- thumping cars all hours of the night. And one day I saw a 1 year old baby climbing to the 3rd floor apartment by himself, the mother took 20 minutes before getting to her son, I watched him in the hallway to be sure nothing happened but didn't want to pick him up or scare him in any way (since he was on the 3rd floor and i lived on the first). The dumpster was always overflowing, the music in the apartment next to me was unbearable, and the gate NEVER worked. All in all I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone who has small children that actually need to sleep at night.

I've lived at Walden for just under 2 years now... I agree that the compactor situation was a little frustrating... it broke broke down about 2 months ago and took almost a week to get fixed but there was a huge container they supplied to put your trash in and it was gone in a week. Was it pretty?...no it was not. Was it anyones fault?...no it was not. And by the way, Kids are kids and yeah they need supervision ALL the time, who's fault is that really? I don't see much of the people in the office but every time I have needed something they have fixed it that same day. It's almost like we are talking about two different places. It's clean and well kept and affordable to me... that's how I decide whether or not to stay.
