Bad Experience

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I lived in the aparment complex from Feb 2003 - June 2003 (Thank God such a short time). I was taking over the roomate that was leavings bedroom. I first say it on a weekday during the day and thought it was nice. Oops. Should have came at night. What I was treated to there was loud obnoxious people, bratty kids who rode their bikes in in the middle of the street, parents who ddi not care, delinquent teenagers. I could not leave my window open half the time at night (even though I was on the second floor) because if I did I would have to listen to the people who decided they did not want to sleep. It seemed the darker it got outside, the louder. In addition, half the time the gate to go in did not work, so everyone would have to go in the out going gate. I learned my lesson. I did not know when I moved in it was a income restricted, tax credit property (I never went through the office, paid my rent to my roomate) but from what I heard it is the norm for Tax Credit Properties. Stay clear of all of them!
