bad crime, noisey, income restricted

If you think you are getting a deal because it is income restricted think again. There are catches. Apt. has no washer or dryer yet there are no laundry facilities on site. So, you feel forced to rent one. The plus is I saved $20 in cable, but, at what cost. My car was broken into twice and tires slashed when i installed my alarm. After looking around in Kissimmee, I found other reasonable apartments (no run by Concord Mgt) for only 20 or 40 dollars more. They were bigger safer and quieter. Worth the piece of mind. I would stay away at all costs
