You know you're in trouble when the police dispatchers are familiar with your complex because they have already sent out officers a couple of times that day. If you don't mind noisy neighbors partying in front of your apartment until sunrise, then this is the place for you. If you like to be awakened by idiots playing only bass in theirs cars while parked in front of your windows at 2 am ratteling your windows and enjoy watching kids damage various parts of your car with balls, skateboards, or bicycles, while dodging speeding cars in the parking lot, then move right in.
