I've known of Wellington Woods years before I lived here, i've been a resident for 3 years and I don't have much negative to say about it. Some people have grand expectations while not shelling out a grand sum. The neighborhood is clean, it's been very safe (I trust my kids outside without my direct supervision) and besides the few times i've had to remind the maintenance staff of repairs that i've needed, they've been pretty good as well. The apartments are very comfortable, but this may vary depending on the tenant occupying it. When I first moved in, we had a problem with sugar ants, but I stayed on top of pest control to come and fix the problem 2 years ago and I haven't seen one since. Overall, it's a great place to live for the money that it costs, it's an income restricted community, meaning you can't make OVER a certain amount in order to get accepted, but after you get accepted you can become an airline pilot for all management cares, they just want to know that you're rightfully employed and able to pay your rent....
