The buildings are extremely old, and have sustained much damage over the 30 years they?ve been in existence. We had a leaky roof, leaky faucets, a disintergrating balcony. However, as opposed to other more "distinguished" complexes, we enjoyed living here, because we were left ALONE! No one tells you to lower your music. No one complains when you have guests over. It?s a very "Live and Let Live" community. I would recommend it to 20-somethings who are looking for a place to live where everyone is just like you. It?s not quiet. There?s many children and singles, and on a Saturday night, many low-key domino parties. Pets are allowed.
