Don't waste your time here! - Unless you like indoor pools, do not rent here. My wife and I have been here for three years, and can't wait to get out. Stay Away The office staff here is horrible. If you have a larger dog expect to be harassed on a daily basis. The dog park they love to brag about is filled with dog crap and not lit at night. Trash spills out of the garbage area on to the sidewalk. The bins for dog poop often overflow. Break-ins

DO NOT RENT HERE They do not fix anything. They go up on the rent any time they want. This seems to be a CONCORD MANAGEMENT thing. So one month you pay 745 next month they go up $25 more. Lease states they can go up anytime they want. Seems all they want is SECTION 8 low income people.
