I would have never moved into this place had I known the truth about this place. They lied about the square footage. There is no way that this place is 1250 square feet- I lived in 1200 before this and it was much bigger. I would be surprised if it actually 1000 square feet. This place is not a place for families. There are migrant workers in a lot of the townhomes here and it is not really the environment, I was told it would be. I was told that everyone here went through stringent background and credit checks- and that cannot possibly be the case when you see some of the other tenents. I would not suggest moving here at all. The only upside is the elementary school it is zoned for is awesome. However, I would not let my children ride the bus...

In response to the above comment, I would first like to state that our townhomes are 1250 sq feet for our 2 bedroom units and our 3 bedroom units are 1450 sq feet. These measurements are taken from the construction blueprints. Secondly,each and every tenant has a background check done. We are a fair housing community as we cannot and do not discriminate!

i live here now and i was lied to when i moved in this placeis by no means the safest place to stay if you have a family since i have lived here there have been many break ins and many odd people the credit check and background check i do not belive because there are many people that live here that shouldnt or are not on the lease and i know for a fact the office has been told they do nothing about it...the maintaince guy ken i think his name is is great the best you will find around thats the only perk to living here....the lady in the office sometimes can be VERY RUDE...i know people have bad days but by no means does she know the word respect and if lincon mangment thinks these people are locked in to the lease they sign by all means if you have proof or fault in the lease as crimanls living here you can get out of your lease...so maybe they should find some respect for there tenants
