This is a nice complex of small, mostly one bedroom units that are rather inexpensive by today's standards. The landscaping is beautiful and although the parking area is rundown, the units are maintained and management has become more responsive to tenant's complaints (crazy neighbors, loud music). The neighborhood is clean, quiet, safe, with schools and ballparks nearby. I enjoyed living there and didn't realize what a good deal it was until I moved to nearby Gainesville. Ahhh, for the quiet peace of that apartment.
