Just recently my fiance and I broke lease with this company, We had about a month left with them. Now we have recieved a letter in the mail saying we owe them $1025, for cleaning the apartment, pest spraying, which should have been paid for through the rent, and "Collections." The apartment owners didnt even clean it when we moved in! Why would they pay to clean up when we left' I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, not even my worst aquantenance. Also, every time we re-uped the lease, rent went through the roof. It started at $520, to $540, and had we re-uped it again it would have been $560... In our apartment alone, the floor was weak, we had an upstairs apartment, the kitchen was a hazard, the toilet in the big bathroom broke about 4 months after we got there, and then the sliding door didn't even lock. If ya walked up to it and jiggled it then picked up, the "saftey" bar in place would fall out and hit the floor. Dripping with sarcasm, I must say I felt Oh so safe there.
