Now improved This is a nice complex of small, mostly one bedroom units that are rather inexpensive by today's standards. The landscaping is beautiful and although the parking area is rundown, the units are maintained and management has become more responsive to tenant's complaints

Terrible flea problem. There was no pet restriction and the infestation was terrible. The conjoining apartment shared a foyer and the fleas would come back again and again. The owner would not spray for fleas. I had to spend my own money to correct it. It was a nightmare.
