This is a nice place. I felt safe here and I the area is so nice. Since I've moved, though, the traffic in the area has gotten worse and way more congested. This has nothing to do with the complex, but its nice to know. For example, don't plan on eating at a restaurant on Friday or Saturday night, you can't get in. Lake Mary is beautiful but its getting so crowded...
anyway, this is a great place. The only problems I had were the charges for move out, they nickel and dime you on stupid things so be METICULOUS. And ----, really is a total -----. If we were all granted the ability to slap one person in the face, I would pick her. She is so condescending. All you can do is walk away and laugh at her. Hopefully one day soon she'll realize she's an apartment manager and not the Queen of Timicuan Valley. If they got rid of her, I would have no complaints. Best of luck.
