I've lived here for about 6 months and it is a nice community with nice apartments. The buildings are cute and don't look like your typcial boxy apartments. The construction isn't the greatest and the apartment was dirty with problems when I moved in. But, the management was quick to get it resolved. I feel that I was misled by the leasing consultant with several items including the noise from other apartments. I was advised that you cannot hear your neighbors, but that it absolutely not true. There are also several people who drive around the parking lot with their bass blasting in their cars, which is pretty annoying and management does not send any notices or anything for people to be considerate with their noise. The area is nice and the grounds are maintained well. The floorplans are pretty nice, too. The customer service is great and the staff greets you by name, so you really feel like you are welcome.
