You'll Be Making A Big Mistake If You Move In Here

It might look great from the outside, but once you move in the headache begins.
When you come to view the property they'll lie straight to your face saying airport noise is not a problem. The local airport located less than 2 miles from Bentley Park Apts has it's runways lined up directly with the location of the apts so when the large airliners are coming in for a landings or taking off they are directly over top of Bentley Park at 1,000-1,500ft roaring overhead every few minutes. I'm a pilot and I know the altitude and it's very low when over Bentley Park Apts. Ask anyone here.
This community is a nightmare to live in. Units on the first floor have had flooding issues. Some of the units have flooded more than three times in one year. Instead of fixing the problem correctly, the management just patches up a sections at a time. I know tenants from four other units that have flooded and just met a new tenant this week who moved in less than a month ago and her apartment has already had leaking problems. Insects are everywhere here. I've never seen any bug control guys on property and being in Florida you can imagine how bad it gets when let go like this.
A more serious issue at this building is the manager's disregard for any tenant needs. They enter units without the tenant's permission. All maintenance does is ride circles around the community on their play machines(Golfcarts) while taking months to fix anything. Nothing gets fixed and management does nothing to push maintenance to do their job.
If all you want is location that looks great from a distance and you don't care about things breaking and not getting fixed in a timely manner, major airports noise or the manager invading your privacy, then you might be happy here.
If I could move out now without breaking my lease, I would. You should talk to a few of the tenants who live here first before making the mistake of moving in here.
