Im currently renting at Bentley Park at Timacuan and im glad to say that i will moving out soon. They are way too expensive for the type of managment and type of apartment that we were living in. When me and my husband first moved in the apartment was infested with roaches and that hasn't changed. We called the managment office and left a message and never got a call back so we had to take this matter into our own hands and hire someone to come out to take care of the problem. The management, like everyone else on here is saying, is very rude and disrespectful. They seem to be nice and caring when your getting the apartment but after they finalize your lease contract they dont care about you at all and are extremely rude. I couldnt believe how rude the management was here! She told me to hurry up becasue she had things to do one day. They charge you for any thing possible. Our neighbors were very loud and there was some that smoked weed almost every day and had their music as loud as they could. So DO NOT RENT HERE. THe staff is rude , its unsafe and its to expensive for the area its in. Your better off renting somewhere else.
