It's really an OK place

Pros: It's peaceful, carport/garage parking, fenced patio, walking trail in back, convenient location.
Cons: There is limited guest parking, limited (attic) storage, very old & Noisy AC/heating unit in some units.
Overall, the staff always seemed welcoming and pleasant to me, pretty fair maintenance response

PROs: Office staff is very nice & responds quickly when maint is needed. Fairly quiet area, lots of trees.
CONs: Check pricing; built back in the early 80's old bldg, no pool, etc. 2BR/2BA = $950 & very limited parking. Many have moved out once price increased this high.
