The person who currently occupies this position is totally uncaring of the concerns of tenants, vindictive, untrustworthy and mean spirited. When I first moved into this complex I loved it and would recommend it to anyone. Now that this person has taken the lead in the office, the complex is full of people who seem to have had no background checks on them at all. I feel unsafe.
