I have been here nearly 4 years and couldn't be happier. Maintenance has always been quick to resolve any problems I have had. They have had an issue with the gate but that seems to be due to the fact that people keep running into it. As far as the staff, they have always been friendly enough to me. Although I have never had much contact with them other than dropping off my rent check.
The attached garage was a big selling point for me. I needed the extra space. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are quite spacious. I highly recommend Golfview.

The front gates operate but are wide open 24 hours a day, everyday, open to anyone that wants to drive in and out, and yet they advertise there is gated security. If you require security look elsewhere, and don't learn the hard way after you sign the lease.
