We have enjoyed our first year at Golfview Apartment Homes and will be renewing our lease this at the end of this month.

We are truly happy with everything, great ammenities, great apartment with a spectacular view of the golf course! It's the best!

We were impressed with everything the first time we visited this community. The leasing people did an outstanding job.

Our experiance this year has been even better! The maintenance is fast and do a great job. The office staff is the also fantastic they do a great job at making everyone feel as if they are truly important! If possible they treat you better when you move in then when you are leasing. And in my experiances that is never the case they roll out the red carpet when they want you to rent and they pull the rug out from under you when you become a tenant.

Not at Golfview their residents are #1!

Oh one more thing we've lived here for 1 year and have only known of the gates not working once. Yes, they are open during the day but that was known by everyone as they are open when you rent. Having family members in law enforcment I certainly know gates are not for safety. I would think others would know this too. Shocking!
