Price is high, can hear every noise. Casey is the worst manager ever, she will lie to you and not give you any answer to your problem. They forced us out of our home after we lived here for three years. We were given seven days to move due to a structural problem with the building. The buildg has horrible mold problems and we were extremely ill and had to seek medical treatment. They were not willing to work out the problems nor compensate us for the inconviemnce. The managment told several lies to us and threatened us multiple times.

I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF GOLF VIEW. ABOUT 3 YEARS SO 1 BLDG IN THE BACK SUNK...THAT WAS UNDER CONTRAVEST MGT AT THE TIME...NO ONE WAS COMPENSATED FOR MOVING ETC....I DO NOT SEE HOW MANAGERS CAN GET AWAY WITH ABUSING RESIDENTS THAT PAY OUTRAGEOUS RENT MY ADVICE CONTACT HOTEL MOTEL DIVISION STATE OF FLORIDA....RESULT SHALL BE FORTHCOMEING EMAIL ME AT COCOAVILLAGE1@YAHOO IF YOU NEED HELP

Hey Ray, if you know so much, why did you get FIRED from Golfview??? You know that compensation was offered for the building in the back and the most recent building. Get your facts straight before you comment!!! And to the original author, didn't you take the money and run???
