Began to have AC problems in early July Multiple service calls later and the problem continued for almost 6 weeks. High electric bills and no AC. It was hot I was told over and over again. I would buy that excuse, however I have not had the problem the previous 3 years. I also bought a digital thermometer. When I show the maintenance tech how hot it was, he replies it's wrong. He just had his calibrated. 2-degree difference-86 instead of 88.
It was finally discovered that there was a leak in the system and parts need to be replaced.
The management here is incompetent!
The pool is dirty with a black scum line and green algae. The tennis court has been is disrepair for almost 2 years. The middle front gate has been broken for almost 3 months. People from other communities use our pool. When we say something to the office staff, they dont care. Who pays to use the pool'
Can't wait to move out in 2 months
