Run for the hills

Several of my friends live(d) at Golfview and we have all had problems.
-Hurricane mold was never completely taken care of. WE ALL HAVE MOLD IN OUR WALLS in three different buildings, but they just cover up what they can and ignore it.
-Two buildings are condemned--one in a sink hole and one due to hurricane damage. My friend lived in the hurricane building and those that got the boot were given some money, but told they needed to find a new place to live in seven days. Who can find a new apartment in seven days'' You can clearly see the hurricane building--it's the first one on your left when you drive in. Half of it is covered by plastic. I think it's a matter of time before other buildings follow suit.
-The community appears nice and new, and you get a garage, which is great... but you can literally hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. So, I would suggest living upstairs so you at the very least don't have people jumping on your head at all times of the day and night.
-Genevra is the only smart person that works there, so if you decide to take a chance, talk to her or you are screwed.
-This place is WAY TOO FREAKING EXPENSIVE. They do not take care of their tenants like a high-end apartment community should.
