We are current residents at Golfview. Have lived here for a year, also during the transition to "The Rock" Management. The new office staff is nothing like the old staff. They are not very personable. NOT friendly. They seem scared that you are going to yell at them when you come into ask a question. Also, the walls are paper thin!! We hear everything. We are on the 2nd floor, and hear all the downstairs noise. (Talking, crying, personal stuff) Door slams all the time. Buildings are nice, garages are very convenient. We do not have a mold problem in our building, but before the management change there was alot of repairs on other buildings. I hope they got it all. Apartments are big, price is high.

I absolutely agree. We have lived here over a year now and we are not renewing our lease. The apartments are way overpriced the new management is RUDE, we miss the old management. These repairs that they are doing are just annoying. These crews they have out here are constantantely parking in front of my garage, so I have to go hunt whomever owns the vehicle down and ask them to move. Not only that,but these crews are also constantley walking in front of my windows and looking in them. We have spoken to the office about this and they will not do anything about it. We live on the 1st floor and have had 2 different families live above us and we hear everything from slamming doors to thier dog whimpering and other "personal things". One night my husband went outside to one of our vehicles for something and not only heard but seen the couple above us on there patio right above ours doing there "personal stuff". There's children that live in this complex!! However, the apartments themselves are nice and that garages are convient. The community is very nice. The location is also very convient. We have never had a problem where safety is an issue.
