I am a long time resident of Legends Lake Mary and have enjoyed my apartment very much. Over the years there have been many changes here..some not so good but since new owners took over in late 2006 I have seen things stabalize and improve. The staff is especially cordial and helpful to me personally...The management team is very efficient and responsive to my needs....plus, they are "friendly" and considerate. The maintenance crew is great too and quick to take care of repairs as needed. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect for my needs. This is my home and I'm very happy to live here.
