Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
We lived in an apartment "condo" 2nd floor next to one of the
condo board people. He's totally nuts. He would complain about everything.
The only decent time was when he was away in Michigan for summer months.
We always picked up after our dog yet this crazy would pick up and leave dog deposits at our door. Large bugs, roach, in apartment.
I would not recommend it here. Now condo's that don't sell so are rented out.
