Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
1.Still have hurricane damage to the eaves and downspouts and the rain continues to wash away the soil.
2.Security is still unreliable, cars following others into complex, security gates not working.
3.Lawn maintenance could be improved.
4.Lot of vacancies
5.High crime area
